There is a reference to “The Trashmen : Surfin' Bird”. In the song they sing “The bird is the word”. Eminem says “I don’t gotta say a WORD i just flip em the BIRD. So the "bird”(middle finger) is his word.

Instead of worrying about how these criminal accusations are going to affect his reputation, Eminem accepts that people are going to view him as a “criminal”, tosses up a middle finger, and goes on with his life.
