He was named one of Variety Magainze’s top 10 Documakers to watch in 2017. He has also numerous awards under his belt from both feature-length and branded content projects.
His first feature film, G Funk, an untold story about the rise of one of Hip-Hop’s sub-genres, was premiered worldwide at the 2017 SXSW Film Festival, making Him one of the youngest directors to have a feature film premiere at SXSW, and BFI London International Film Festival. The film was also put on YouTube Premium on July 11, 2018.
