Skeltal Ki (also known as Fred Velvette or Frederick Minãno) is a songwriter and producer who is most known for contributing to American drag icon RuPaul’s discography as a producer and songwriter beginning in 2017.
Many RuPaul tracks written by Skeltal Ki — including “Catwalk”, “Cake & Candy”, “Who Is She”, and more — have been featured on the hit reality competition TV show RuPaul’s Drag Race. Skeltal Ki has also contributed vocals to RuPaul’s tracks “Catwalk” and “A.S.M.R. Lover” as a featured artist.
In 2023, Skeltal Ki produced and co-wrote “Let It All Hang Out”, a single by RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 15 finalist and singer-songwriter Luxx Noir London.
