I really like the personal lyrics in Castle on a Hill.
The beat in Shape of You alone makes it an instant hit.
I still have a feeling these were not the best off the album.
Personally I want him to rap again.

I don’t see the connection between him taking a year off and him singing about sex …

@CKoo yep you’re right. I think there’s still a little bit of importance on him going home though, like during the first verse, but the rest seems very physical

Anyway, I ended up merging the first two annotations together, if anyone wants to check out the resulting annotation and continue to pare it down, that would be awesome.

@epaulettes If you are talking about Shape Of You, then I feel like it’d be best to split the verse in the middle with the first annotation about him and his friends getting drunk and the second about the ONS/love interest meeting Ed.
