You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'
Anthony Warlow/John Farnham/Olivia Newton-John Lyrics

And there's no tenderness like before in your finger tips
You're trying hard not to show it (baby)
But baby, baby I know it
You've lost that lovin' feeling
Oh, that lovin' feeling
You've lost that lovin' feeling
There's no welcome look in your eyes when I reach for you
And girl you're starting to criticize little things I do
Ooh, it makes me just feel like crying (baby)
'Cause baby something beautiful's dying
You've lost that lovin' feeling
Oh, that lovin' feeling
You've lost that lovin' feeling
Not it's gone gone gone, oh oh oh
Baby baby I get down on my knees for you
(Get down on my knees)
If you would only love me like you used to
(If you would only love me love me)
We had a love, a love that you don't find everyday
(A love you don't find)
So don't don't don't let it slip away (away)
I said baby
Baby
Baby
Baby
(I'm beggin' you please) I'm begging you please
I need your love (I need your love)
I need your love
So bring it on back (bring it on back)
Now bring it on back
Now bring it on back
You've got to bring back that lovin' feeling
Oh, that lovin' feeling
Bring back that lovin' feeling 'cause it's gone gone gone
And I can't go on, oh oh oh
Bring back that lovin' feeling
Oh, that lovin' feeling
Bring back that lovin' feeling 'cause it's gone gone gone
Bring back that lovin' feeling
Oh, that lovin' feeling
Bring back that lovin' feeling 'cause it's gone gone gone
Bring back that lovin' feeling
Oh that lovin' feeling
Bring back that lovin' feeling
The lyrics to "You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'" express the sadness of one lover who feels their partner's love slowly slipping away. The first verse suggests that the physical affection, the intimacy, and closeness that the couple once shared has all but disappeared. The second verse further elaborates on how the disinterest is becoming more pronounced, and the partner is now critical of the singer's behavior. It leads the singer to a sense of desperation, and in the bridge, they plead with their partner to return the love that they once shared. The chorus "you’ve lost that lovin' feelin' now it's gone, gone, gone" is a catchy and repetitive way of emphasizing that the love has vanished.

That entire concert was amazing, I was lucky to be there. Anthony Warlow is Australian, opera trained, musical theatre legend, has played major roles all over the world.

Oh you've made my day sir. All three were great mates and John and Anthony were always sending each other up lol. They both looked after Olivia as she had another set back with cancer. But the comradery of the three of them was gorgeous to see. I wish you had time to see John and Olivia sing their duet "Please Don't Ask Me" it was a stand out performance from both. Also Anthony's "This is The Moment" Love, love, love your channel Hi from Australia

Anthony Warlow, opera singer extraordinaire, Farnsey, “hold my beer”. He didn’t have a single singing lesson either you know. There really is nothing he can’t do. Thank you for this reaction

Wowzers! I knew John Farnham had pipes, but WOW.... this was incredible!! Funny, too! :) I'd not heard of Mr. Warlow either, and it's always a treat to hear ONJ's amazing voice anytime. Thanks for a fantastic reaction! <3

Anthony was our Phantom in the musical PHANTOM OF THE OPERA. There was a small skit in there where Anthony lost his place while John was acting stupid wanting a towel. Remember? Well he was putting on the voice of the original NY Broadway Phantom, British actor/comedian/singer who was famous here for a TV series called 'Some Mothers Do Ave Em' - Sir Michael Crawford. Anyway, Anthony too has been a cancer survivor.
