In "Cupid's Curse" the singers, Phora and Kehlani, explore a tumultuous relationship and the difficulties they are facing. Both of them are trying to cope with the feelings of being in love with someone that they should no longer be with. But despite their knowledge that the relationship is doomed, they keep coming back to each other, almost as if they have been “cursed” by Cupid’s magic. In the end they both realize that the pain of being together is ultimately too much to bear, no matter how hard they try.
