I'm layin' here in nothing but my feelings
Thinking 'bout our shadows on the ceiling
Waiting for you
So you should probably come through
If you know what's good for you
[Verse 1: Perrie, Leigh-Anne, Jesy]
I know we will never work out (I know we will never work out)
But if you're looking for a workout, you should come 'round
'Round, 'round, come 'round, 'round, 'round, baby
You ain't even gotta worry (You ain't even gotta worry)
'Cause ain't no strings up on my body, I ain't tied down
Down, down, tied down, down, down
[Pre-Chorus: Leigh-Anne]
'Cause I warnt you
I told ya, told ya
You're my mood
Come over now
[Chorus: Jesy, All, Perrie]
I'm layin' here in nothing but my feelings
Plus some diamonds dripping from my earrings
Waiting for you
So you should probably come through
I'm layin' here in nothin' but my feelings
Thinking 'bout our shadows on the ceiling
Waiting for you (Waitin' for you, babe)
So you should probably come through
If you know what's good for you
(Oh, woah, oh, oh, oh)
You should come and see me (Oh, woah, oh, oh, oh)
In nothin' but my feelings (Oh, woah, oh, oh, oh)
You should come and see me (Oh, woah, oh, oh, oh)
If you know what's good for you
[Verse 2: Leigh-Anne]
Kinda tipsy but I'll wait up (But I'll wait up, wait up)
And I ain't takin' off my makeup till you take mе down
Down, down, take me down, down, down
[Pre-Chorus: Jade, Leigh-Anne]
'Cause I want you
I told ya, told ya
You'rе my mood
I'll show you tonight
[Chorus: Perrie, All, Jesy, Leigh-Anne]
I'm layin' here in nothing but my feelings
Plus some diamonds dripping from my earrings
Waiting for you (Waiting for you, you, you, you, you)
So you should probably come through (Waitin' for you, you, you, you, you)
I'm layin' here in nothin' but my feelings (I'm layin' here)
Thinking 'bout our shadows on the ceiling (Shadows on the ceiling)
Waiting for you (Hey, hey, yeah; Waiting for you, you, you, you, you)
So you should probably come through (Waitin' for you, you, you, you, you)
If you know what's good for you
(Oh, woah oh, oh, oh)
Hey, you should come and see me (You should come and see me)
In nothing but my feelings (In nothing but my feelings)
You should come and see me (Woah-oh)
If you know what's good for you (If you know what's good)
You should come and see me (You should come and see me)
In nothing but my feelings (Nothing but my feelings)
You should come and see me (*Come and see me*)
If you know what's good for you

Find answers to frequently asked questions about the song and explore its deeper meaning
We wrote this song in LA. I think it’s quite empowering actually for women to write about getting a booty call, and being like, ‘Yeah, do you know what? Sometimes, I just want to have sex. And I’ll give you a call and I’ll let you know when you can come around. I’ve got nowt on.’ We tried to make the chorus a bit nursery rhyme-y so it was quite innocent. But when you hear the lyrics, they’re a bit filth. To me, the big chorus is like two people having a one-night stand, and then the gospel choir is like, ‘Yeah, well done!’ That bit will be good on tour as well.
For me, this was going to be like, all four of us in separate bedrooms, and every time the guy came around, there’d be a gospel choir around the whole bed singing and praising as we did the thing.
