Why was this album so boring I have heard oxymoron and blank face fully,and gotta say this one ain’t it chief

This is essentially schoolboy in my opinion not trying, he says i’ve mastered the rap game in it, and this makes me wanna grab his bag head on the cover and throw him through a window mainly for Floating,gang gang,chopstix,drunk,black folk,water other than that the album was pretty solid i just hate how the structure of these songs suffered so much even though the ideas are solid the end product in my opinion just was not enough to keep me alive listening to this album the lyrical content throughout these songs drove me fucking nuts they were monotonous and he was so monotone on 90% of these songs in my opinion its like a 5/10 album he just seems so distant on this album I mean I get your homies died and you mad about blank face not selling shows out but still man your style should have been alive on here like at least go deeper about how you feel instead of making a wish wash album and thats what this feels like a lot for me and the saddest thing about it is we probably wont get another album from him in a while because his album did not sell well last year only selling 80,000 in first week and selling 33,000 in the 2nd week. And trust I know monotone i listen to mf doom, aesop rock,earl sweatshirt on a daily and this album monotone af.

I actually like it more than Blank Face

@Releaser for me blank face had a lot more story to tell personal rebellions and better structure of song format.

not to mention schoolboys probably mad af with his fanbase for not buying this album enough lol

yeah but it also was longer and less fun to listen to imo

crash talk is not very special, but it’s a fun and short album

@You_talkin_to_me I hope he makes another album better then this one and probably better then the others cause I kept seeing blank face pop up in my mentions on youtube when it dropped when crash dropped nobody mentioned that shit.

Not sure what Top was doing, he usually has pretty good quality control yet he let this one slide. It’s clearly not a good project, very odd

Crash Talk was dope as hell to me, one of my most played albums of 2019. All the songs I didn’t like at first grew on me
