I respect Nas’s contribution to the game and the fact that he has made classic albums and is top 10.

But just because you are a loyal Nas fan does not mean that Ether was automatically better than takeover. Because it really wasnt and im just stating my opinion without trying to be disrespectful to nas. My point is, even if youre a die hard nas fan, you shouldnt just automatically say ether is better.

Tbh the whole concept of Ether is pretty forced and seems like a try-hard song that Nas did out of desperation because he did not know how to respond to jay z. Almost every lyric in the song just seems so forced and sounds like he is trying to offend Jay-Z in the worst way possible after being legitamally hurt by takeover. Face it. Takeover made him catch some major feels and he sounded like a 5 year old writing a hate letter to his school rival. .
