Until 2020, it was a big meme that Nicki had never been on a #1 at all.

But in 2020, she got on 2 of them. Only through chart shenanigans tho. First, she hopped on a pre-existing hit “Say So”. Second, her and 6ix9ine did a bunch of mass-buying manipulation. Which was really rampant in 2020.

Truthfully, it’s pretty unlikely she’d ever be able to get #1 without sales manipulation.

Obviously, a #1 isn’t everything tho. Not like these songs having hit #1 really adds anything to her legacy.
