@scsand That was my whole year in Grade 12 in high school. Now, I am in University and still have not found Somebody to Love. Will it ever come? I am still holding out on hope...

Gr8 song (Queen rock!) Its interesting to see so many people saying it's their situation 'Find me somebody to love' mine to btw and good to see some other ppl of my age love queen but maybe the fact that we're all in this situation is someting to do with the fact we all listen to a band from 30 years ago and go on the internet and look up song meanings (maybe that's just me!) P.S QUEEN ARE THE BEST!

If you 14 and 15 yr olds think this song represents you now, what will you do when you are 20+ (like me) and still without someone (although past relationships have been and gone) who you really can depend on??? I don't know of any other songs that could extend this feeling. All the same, it is good to see young people embracing Queen's songs.

I hate to say it, but the live version with george michael is even cooler than freddie's version. I never thought I'd say that any version of a song freddie's performed would be better than his oh well, it's still his song...since he wrote it

Heehee again I keep checking here to read what people say about these songs, as Queen just happens to be the best band ever formed... I really like what mercury_girl86 described it as: "it's like an anthem, a prayer, last call, the person is desperate." Woohoo. Shivers. Couldn't have said it better myself. This also just happens to be the first (and only) song that has had the ability to make me cry. Just the lyrics along with that voice...it really does some crazy things to you. GAWD, I wish I could sing like Freddie...

Livvy_depp, Im right there with you. ;) Everyone wants to sing like Freddie. Theres just something about his voice...he always knew just how to emphasize every word. You could sing the exact same song, same notes, same rhythms and words...he had a gift.
