Anything Lyrics
Turn my castles blue
Just to see you
I'll give you anything
I'll give you anything
I'll give you anything
All the words to what's unspoken
I put together everything that's broken
I'll give you anything
I'll give you anything
I'll give you anything
A king's horse for what's been broken
I'll bring back even what's unspoken
I'll give you anything
I'll give you anything
I'll give you anything.

Its definatly about Jackie Kennedy, climbing on the trunk of the car after JFK was shot, and touching the bits of his brain on the trunk.

This song is so completely powerful, the description and underlying meaning of absolute devotion to a person is beautiful.

Perhaps the best open to a cd that has ever been. This song rocks.

This is one of my favorite songs by this my favorite band. I agree with windchild09 what the song means. And I fully dedicate it to my boyfriend. :)

3EB is my favorite group, Blue is an excellent release, and this song is one of my favorites by the band. I recently seperated from my girlfriend of over a year and a half, and although I hate to say it, sometimes I still feel the same thing this song has to say. But then I get over it for a while and go listen to some nice emo ; )

SUCH a great song. i think of my ex =( girlfriend. "A king's horse for"... 'a king's kingdom'. i.e. everything. Everything is broken. I'd do anything "Just to see you" sigh

I think the Jackie O. reference is great. "With the top down open", that's great imagery, I can SEE her in that famous clip in which JFK was assassinated. That was her loss, so tragic, so symbolic.

This song totally reminds me of the last night I spent with my ex... knowing he was moving 2000 miles away from me...I cried when I listened to it, it still is quite powerful, especially if you miss someone.

Unfair!!! i JUST thought of that Jackie-O reference, i never understood it, and was about to post about it. I figured that COULDNT be what that verse was about tho, hmph. Watchthefireworks you beat me to it, nice work ;) SJ is suuchhh a great lyricist, that reference is soooo good.

i just read the jacki-o meaning too. i finally get it. but this is a powerful&beautiful song.
