This is a song about LOSS. A girl that came, used him and left when she's done. He clearly stated that he wants more of her, not sexual more! But she's gone, and he's bitter.
Oh and are you guys emotionally handicapped, "he used her" where all the text shows the opposite?

This song means to me that rick is explaining about a woman he finds that becomes attached to him and he is rock star so he does not have time and that tommarow will just bring another stupid bitch like you!

I see that noone has added a comment about this song. I wonder how many people actually listen to Atom Heart Mother but that's not the point. This song for some reason reminds me of the drug alcohol. "Goodbye before hello", the walk of shame the next morning. "How do you feel" Well after it's said and done how would you feel. Please if someone has any other honest idea please let me know. Aother theory I have is that each song on Atom Heart Mother is about a different drug. Goto that song if you care to see why I think so.
I have only heard this song form the album "Atom Heart Mother" and I think this song is about meeting a women, and then having enough with her after not getting a response on how she feels.
I doubt your theory Animals...the reason i say this is because atom heart mother was an album that came about in a time when the band was trying to find themselves (it was shortly after the loss of syd barret, their lead man and primary creative drive). They were also experimenting with different styles. Each member of the band was responsible for coming up with a song. They did and atom heart mother was the result. There are 4 band members, hence 4 songs on the album.

beanicka, obviously there are 5 songs on the whole album, what igolem meant was that the 4 songs on the opposite side of Atom Heart Mother, were created each by a different band member (If:Waters; Summer '68: Wright; Fat Old Sun: Gilmour) the only problem is Alans song is composed by all four members. When Atom Heart Mother (the song) is on a totally different level than the songs on the other side. I like the drug reference even though I dont think its true, defenitley drug influenced, everything was drug influenced, but there is a deeper find there.
