They drain the life force of my tribe
Pentex sucks!
They roll around in garbage bins
All Bonegnawers suck!!
Those wyrm-tainted bastard leeches
Black Hand sucks!
I'd rend them all ripped and torn
ALL THAT SUCKS DIES!!
Shifting into Crinos - I slay wyrmfoe
Then I step sideways....

he's pissed at everything that sucks and wanst to kill everything that sucks. fuckin hell this song is so old and still noone has commented on it!!!!!

What the lyrics in this song refer to are: Rage. Pentex, Bone-Gnawers, the Black Hand, Crinos, klave, Crinos, Umbra, and the Wyrm all are from the White Wolf games Rage and Werewolf: The Apocalypse.

it is a good song to rage to

Hehe, one of my fav. Slipknot songs because of the Werewolf references, a shame only 2 of the original band members are left. For any one who doesn't play the game, Pentex is an immense corporation that intends to rape and defile Gaia ( mother earth ) in a bid for global domination. BoneGnawers are a tribe of werewolves ( the warriors of Gaia ) but they live in cities and are mostly bums, the other werewolves usually despise them. The Black Hand is an order of vampires. A klaive is a big silver knife. Crinos is the war form of werewolves, a mesh of man and wolf. Wyrmfoe are minions of the Wyrm, which want to destroy Gaia. To stepsideways is to go into the Umbra, and the Umbra is a spiritual world linked to the material one ( and the subject of the song Gently ). Thats it.

ok, so again, as with all the MFKR songs, how stoned was whoever wrote this

slipknot is always fuckin stoned when they write lyrics, and then teens and old bums all over america start to worship these lyrics and want to carve kill, die, and hate in their fuckin arms... crazy shit.

I've never played werewolf
so I completely did not know that
hahaaaah, that's awesome (and I thought he was talking about other bands)

What is werewolf? A video game?

i find this one of the most calming songs ever

this song means shit to me becausw i love slipknot i am "TO THE FUCKING BONE HARDCORE SLIPKNOT LOVER"
