I read on another site what slipknot's member Shawn crahan said the meaning of this song was. He said the meaning is "people are like an incurable disease that is destroying or world" or something similar to that.

I'm not sure if other people have said this.
But I think this song is about how people don't care about anybody else but themselves anymore. They won't even do something as simple as letting someone into to traffic because they have to get to where they need to go and that's the only thing that matters.
And also I'm sick and tired of everybody thinking I'm fucked up because I say People = Shit.
