Fallen Lyrics

Run for cover
My sense of fear is running thin
Undercover
Just like a candle in the wind

Tell everybody, tell everybody
Brothers, sisters, the ending is coming

Ohhhhh
We are fallen, we are fallen
Ohhhhh
We are fallen, we are fallen
Now we're just gonna ride it out

Every morning
I'm staring shadows in the eye
Oh, good morning
Will you just wait until I die?

Tell everybody, tell everybody
Brothers, sisters, the ending is coming

Ohhhhh
We are fallen, we are fallen
Ohhhhh
We are fallen, we are fallen
Now we're just gonna ride it out

Tell everybody, tell everybody
Tell everybody, we are fallen
Ohhhhh
We are fallen, we are fallen
Ohhhhh
We are fallen, we are fallen
Now we're just gonna ride it out

I just want to take it in
Even when your fire runs out
Will you start it up again?
We are fallen

Cover art for Fallen lyrics by Imagine Dragons

It's about paranoid spies from the Soviet Union after the Soviet Union fell

My Interpretation

It's about The United States of America, and how far we have fallen, and that we need to tell everyone that it is too late to try and fix what we have done to the country. Now we just have to wait out the hard times that are inevitable. The final part of the song "I just want to take it in Even when your fire runs out Will you start it up again? We are fallen" Is a question, asking if you will have the strength to keep on fighting even if everyone else gives up.

My Opinion

Guys half the band is Mormon there talking about the Bible in the book of Enoch about the fallen angels

Trust me I'm a die hard fan I got excited just by finding out Wayne's birthday is one day before mine

This song is a message to the world about the people really in control and there plan to depopulate the earth; "illuminati" or whatever you want to call them are moving history along and it all makes sense because the bible is 100% accurate and we are definitely almost to the end. "Brothers, sisters, the ending is coming"... I wouldn't be surprised if imagine dragons really didn't write the lyrics... The music industry is full of evil people. ANOTHER great example is "Twentyone Pilots - Ride" VERY disturbing lyrics.

My Interpretation

@miguel1139 I agree completely
