She is something to behold
Elegant and bold
She is electricity
Running to my soul
Oh, oh, oh, oh

And I could easily lose my mind
The way you kiss me
Will work each time
Calling me to come back to bed
Singing Georgia On My Mind
And I, and I

Lips generous and warm
You build me up like steps
Eyes innocent and wild
Remind me what it's like
Oh, oh, oh, oh

And I could easily lose my mind
The way you kiss me will work each time
Pulling me back into the flames
And I'm burning up again
I'm burning up

And I, I never understood what was at stake
I never thought your love was worth it's wait
Well now you've come and gone
I finally worked it out
I worked it out

I never should have told you
I never should have let you see inside
Don't want it troubling your mind
Won't you let it be

I never should have told you
I never should have let you see inside
Don't want it troubling your mind
Won't you let it be

I never should have told you
I never should have let you see inside
Don't want it troubling your mind
Won't you let it be

I never should have told you
I never should have let you see inside
Don't want it troubling your mind
Won't you let it be

And I could easily lose my mind
The way you kiss me will work each time
Pulling me back into the flames
And I'm burning up again, I'm burning up

And I, I never understood what was at stake
I never thought your love was worth it's wait
Well now you've come and gone
I finally worked it out
I worked it out

Oh, oh, oh, oh
Ooh
Oh, oh, oh, oh

    My Interpretation

He is in love with a girl that drives him crazy, she's alway on his mind. He thinks that she doesn't love him as much as he does however. He tells her how he feels about her but immediately regrets it. He is telling her he shouldn't have let her inside his mind as he never lets anyone see inside, he doesn't want to be a bother and feels he is one once he says how he feels. In the end he decides he has to move on as she doesn't want to be with him

    Song Meaning

1 Stanza: He is saying how overall amazing she is. She's electric, elegant, bold, and WOW. 2 Stanza: She makes him lose all his senses with a gesture so simple as kiss, he falls back in love with her. 3 Stanza: She's kind, so comforting and good to him. She's also so innocent and ready to do more, to where he is reminded of how he was a one point like that. 4 Stanza: He's falling for her. She brings him back to her love and he's just there, so in love with her again. 5 Stanza: He didn't understand how great she was. But she came and went and now he understands (realizes) how amazing it is to be with her and how pure and beautiful her love is. 6-9 Stanza: He told her his feelings and regrets it . He feels he shouldn't have told her because he seed's it's troubling and too intense for her. He wishes he didn't say anything and that she would just forget it so things could go back to how they used to be. HE REALLY REGRETS IT-->SIGNIFICANT-REPEATED 5 TIMES 10 Stanza: He's falling for her. She brings him back to her love and he's just there, so in love with her again. 11 Stanza: He didn't understand how great she was. But she came and went and now he understands (realizes) how amazing it is to be with her and how pure and beautiful her love is.

    My Interpretation

I believe this is about a guy who used to date a girl, but they weren't exclusive, and he didnt really feel like she was worth pursuing a relationship with. Hence "I never understood what was at stake, never thought your love was worth it's wait". But then she leaves because she met someone else, he confesses he made a mistake and that he wants her, but he is just a burden to her now. Like he once saw her. So now he wishes he would've just let her be. Because he is complicating her life and her happiness.

    My Interpretation

After viewing the music video, I had almost an epiphany... The song (to me) is about a guy/girl/something, that is in love with another guy/girl/something, and the person believes it is real love. But what that person doesn't realize is that it's all fake and there was never love.. I don't know, that just speaks to me.

    My Interpretation

I think that this is more about a person realizing that they held a person back from being loved the way that they truly deserved. You can love kissing, but it doesn't mean you love the person the lips belong to. He knows what she's worth, but sometimes you can't bring yourself to love someone completely.

He talks about going back into the flames, and I think that's his feeling of guilt for doing this to a person. When he talks about wishing he'd never told her, it's because he knows he did the damage, and now shes troubled by the fact the man shes in love with doesn't feel the same way.

    Life sucks

The song is about a woman who has cancer; as referring to "elegant and bold". Even though she is weak and fragile, she still has the power to make him feel warm and loved as a human being, by her touch and her eyes. He never realised how much he loved her untill it was too late; as most things in life

    My Interpretation

Well from the video itself, it is set in a war, but tries to get more in to the love part, some say it's talking about nowdays where homosexuality may be worse than war.

From the song, I saw people interpreting it as the singer suffer from like hard times with a girl he likes.

But if just the video and the song combined, I think this interprets more to being homesick, because in the lyrics "Singin" Georgia On My Mind"" is like he is recalling his old peaceful memories at home, but he sang this during war, but mortar fires, AKs and AR15s are what he is currently hearing. The "She" might refer to where he lived, maybe Georgia.

So my interpretation is: this song is about being homesick

To me this song is about someone who is deeply in love with another. He is so in love with her but when he tells her this he regrets it. “I never should have told ya, I never should have let you seen the light don’t want know trouble in your mind won’t you let it be” however, the song ends with him saying how amazing she is so...

I think he's taken... and another woman is tempting him and making him feel like its real love. He tries to resist it burns always pulled in then regrets it. Not sure he even goes through with it due to what's at stake. It ends... he worked out his feelings...
