She on that sip of Henny, she from that nitty-gritty
She 'bout to glow up, hit the club looking pretty
She on that sip of lean, she got that tip from me
She heard of Freedia so she all about that New Orleans
She 'bout to let it go, she 'bout that jelly roll
What she been doing? Going Duffy, you already know
She on that sip of Henny, she from that nitty-gritty
She on that sip of Henny, she on that sip of Henny

Ooh, she tipsy
Ooh-ahh
She gon' get down
Ooh, she tipsy
She gon' get down
Go on, go on, energy low
Best believing that Big Freedia that bitch
Freedia the one that don't quit
Best believing that Big Freedia that bitch
Freedia the one that don't quit
Best believe in it
Best believe in it
Best believe in a bad bitch
Ooh, she tipsy

She on the six-inch check, a bitch twerking it, working it
Ooh, she tipsy
She on that wile out, busting out, make 'em proud, break it down
She 'bout to make it pop, Naomi Campbell walk
She lookin' back at it while she do that booty wop
She on that nine-to-five, she keep her money right
She pulling double time, working it all night
She gon' make me do it, she put her back into it
She got a big booty and she know how to use it
She 'bout to make it pop, Naomi Campbell walk
She 'bout to make it pop, she 'bout to make it pop

Warren wanted a Beach Boys thing for this one, and Carl Wilson and Billy Hinsche came in, with Carl arranging the vocal parts. The other harmony vocalists (credited as the "Gentlemen Boys") were Jackson Browne, J.D. Souther, Zevon's longtime backers Waddy Wachtel and Jorge Calderon, and Linda Rondstadt/Stone Poneys guitarist Kenny Edwards.

Like a lot of the other comments are saying, I think this mainly about voyeurism. If the song was about his girlfriend, then why would he use the word spy. If you are a spy it means you shouldn't be caught, that is kind of the whole point, and if you are a voyeur, the whole point of the pleasure you get from it, is the fact that the other people don't know you are watching them. See a bit of a connection there?

Mountain Song
Jane's Addiction
Jane's Addiction vocalist Perry Farrell gives Adam Reader some heartfelt insight into Jane’s Addiction's hard rock manifesto "Mountain Song", which was the second single from their revolutionary album Nothing's Shocking. Mountain song was first recorded in 1986 and appeared on the soundtrack to the film Dudes starring Jon Cryer. The version on Nothing's Shocking was re-recorded in 1988. "'Mountain Song' was actually about... I hate to say it but... drugs. Climbing this mountain and getting as high as you can, and then coming down that mountain," reveals Farrell. "What it feels to descend from the mountain top... not easy at all. The ascension is tough but exhilarating. Getting down is... it's a real bummer. Drugs is not for everybody obviously. For me, I wanted to experience the heights, and the lows come along with it." "There's a part - 'Cash in now honey, cash in Miss Smith.' Miss Smith is my Mother; our last name was Smith. Cashing in when she cashed in her life. So... she decided that, to her... at that time, she was desperate. Life wasn't worth it for her, that was her opinion. Some people think, never take your life, and some people find that their life isn't worth living. She was in love with my Dad, and my Dad was not faithful to her, and it broke her heart. She was very desperate and she did something that I know she regrets."
