There's no time to keep it low
I've been deaf now I want noise
You stay down
But I won't be quiet
I'll hammer on until you fight

Loud love
Loud love
Loud love
Loud love
I'll hammer on until you fight

If you've got some time to kill
Slow resistance wins the war
Well I know
But that's no way to go
You can't resist the louder pull

Loud love
Loud love
Loud love
Loud love

You can't resist the louder pull, yeah
Alright
It's right
I want something to explode
I've been deaf now I want noise

Loud love
Loud love
Loud love
Yeah loud love, love yeah

I think you guys are overanalizing, It seems to me a plane song about sex.

Worst song? Hell no. Listen to that opening guitar, like the music is breathing, just beautiful. From start to finish, this song rocks.

I think it's about provoking someone into a fight or pushing them until they break and do whatever it is that you want of them...

I love how his scream just kinda melts out of the opening guitar riff!

The lyrics of this song is pretty obvious. I still like it though, great music. kinda makes you feel free.

No way is it their worst song, but there are better. You just have to remember that they're expirementing with somthin new - Grunge. So it's not as refined as some of their other songs. I do like it a lot though.

Cmon, Cornell's delivery rocks ass, and the song just feels epic. Even if the lyrics arent as good as say HAnds All over or Black HOle Sun, its still a great track sonically.

"Loud Love" is the first step of a complete evolution that Soundgarden passed from "Ultramega Ok" and really crappy songs, like "Head Injury" to being one of the best bands ever (in my humble opinion) with albums like "Badmotorfinger" and "Superunknown". It's definetly not their best (or worst) song, but it was a major step for them.

By the way, the lyrics are pretty straight out and I totally relate to this song, that's why I like it a lot.

When the main riff starts playing, it reminds me of a train that starts rolling and doesn't stop until the end. Don't know why. Great song.

Seems like nobodies actually said what the song is about, so I'll jump in...

Loud Love, I believe refers to that excitement everybody needs. That extreme exhilaration everyone gets from a fight or from sports that just makes them feel free and high.

No matter how many times i read the lyrics, i still think this has to do with the war mongering of the worlds leaders. hence the "cant resist the louder pull" of war.

Its pretty topical now, look at George w Bush's whole stance on leadership. If u invade them, they will crumble.
