I thought that you'd be loving me
I thought you were the one who'd stay forever
But now forever has come and gone
And I'm still here alone

'Cause you were only playing
You were only playing with my heart
I was never waiting
I was never waiting for the tears to start

It was you (it was you) who put the clouds around me
It was you (it was you) who made the tears fall down
It was you (it was you) who broke my heart in pieces
It was you, it was you who made my blue eyes blue
Oh, I never should've trusted you

I thought that I'd be all you need
In your eyes I thought I saw my heaven
And now my heaven's gone away
And I'm out in the cold

'Cause you had me believing
You had me believing in a lie
Guess I couldn't see it
I guess I couldn't see it 'til I saw good-bye

It was you (it was you) who put the clouds around me
It was you (it was you) who made the tears fall down
It was you (it was you) who broke my heart in pieces
It was you, it was you who made my blue eyes blue
Oh, I never should've trusted you

'Cause you were only playing
You were only playing with my heart
I was never waiting
I was never waiting for the tears to start

It was you who put the clouds around me
It was you, it was you (it was you) who put those clouds around me
It was you (it was you) who made the tears fall down
Only you (only you) who broke my heart in pieces
It was you, it was you who made my blue eyes blue
Oh, I never should've trusted you
Oh, I never should've trusted you
Oh, I never should've trusted you
Oh, I never should've trusted you

To brentsc: I think not so sorry.realize? what we realize is nothing.Love is not to realize. We think so much today if this guy/girl is the right for us. Where is our romantic of the world? Have we lost it? The song is very wonderfull, i think it says. love is happyness and sadness together.Games are in love all the time and we get everyday hurt.It feels very bad the first day when u see the love is gone. All begins in our mind all ends there.gretings from germany

This is for the Movie Runaway Bride....This song is from Richard Gere's Character POV....He went to 'Julia Roberts' character's town to do a story on why She keeps jilting potential husbands at the Alter...Well they fall in Love and are set to Marry...Guess what happens?

Yeah thats right, She jilts him too....And this song is his 'Broken Heart'...But the movie does have a happy ending....And they do get married :D
