Umm, Im gonna have a wild guess and say that this song is about a birthday....
A Birthday Jubilee is much more awesome than a party! Also note that the words "song yet to be sung" -- and the song Song Yet To Be Sung mentions the jubilee! Queen did that same thing with Fat Bottom Girls and Bicycle Race.
