(phone ringing)
Curtis: Hello?
Jay-Ski: Yo, may I speak to Curtis?
Curtis: Curtis? Yeah, this me!
Jay-Ski: Yo, what up, fool, yo, we goin' to get some Hennessy, man, you want some?
Curtis: Hennessy? Yeah, I like Hennessy. Wrote a song about it. Wanna hear it?

[Hennessy...]
Booty Man: Yeah, this is Booty Man in the house, right, tell you a lil' sumn'...
Hennessy, hennessy
Hennessy, hennessy (Here it go)
Hennessy
Lord, I wanna get messed up
With E&J inside my cup
Although I am black and proud,
The cognac has got me actin' ignorant
Brothers just have to keep messin' up
Why do they gotta get pissy drunk?
For some strange reason it had to be
I had to drink that Hennessy, now
Take me to another bar, take me to a APC
So, I can get a 2-liter Coke and 1/5 of Hennessy
Take me to another bar, drop me off to the APC
So, I can get a 2-liter Coke and 1/5 of Hennessy
Curtis: The Rotweiller? He went to Max Liquors.
Lemonhead? He went to the Edgewood Lounge. Rico?
He went to get some beer and cashews. Some beer and cashews!
Booty Man:
Help me. won't you help me?
Would you help me find my waaaaay home?
My momma ain't home...
(Dial tone)
Curtis: Heh heh heh heh ... you like it? Hello?
Operator: If you'd like to make ...
Curtis: He mussa hung up.
Operator: ... a call, please hang up and try again.
The song "Hennessy" by 69 Boyz is a humorous take on the effects of the popular cognac on the singer, Booty Man, and his associates. The phone conversation at the beginning of the song is between Jay-Ski and Curtis, who are planning to get some Hennessy. Curtis reveals that he wrote a song about the drink, but Jay-Ski is not interested in hearing it. Curtis, however, proceeds to play the song, and Booty Man takes over vocals in a drunken slur.
Booty Man starts the song by repeatedly chanting "Hennessy, Hennessy", expressing his desire to get messed up with E&J (a brand of cognac) in his cup. He acknowledges his pride in being black but admits that the cognac has him acting ignorant. He observes how brothers tend to mess up when they get drunk and wonders why they have to get "pissy drunk". Despite this, he still had to drink that Hennessy, which led him to request to be taken to another bar to get more cognac and a 2-liter Coke.
In the second half of the song, Booty Man is desperately seeking help to find his way home as his mother is not there. The song ends with a dial tone, indicating that the call was cut off.
Overall, "Hennessy" is a light-hearted song that pokes fun at the effects of alcohol and the behavior it can sometimes inspire.
